But then, suddenly, a strong gust of wind blows her balloons far away and the team must get her balloons before they reach Antarctica from theSouth Pole.

In order to recover Annie's Birthday Balloons, First: You must enter the Space Needle from Washington State and help Rocket blow the balloons to move it with his Breeze Blower. Second: When Rocket got stuck on all vines, help Quincy use his violin pole to cut the vines to let Rocket fly free. And luckily, the Snake hears the Birthday Balloons. And Third: When entering Antarctica, help Leo do a staccato jump to catch the balloon star! Now, they are preparing the cold, glorious birthday and they congratulate for Annie a happy Birthday!
Plot[]
The episode starts at Leo and Annie's House. Annie is very excited of her 4th birthday! When excited, her brother and her friends are getting ready. June is dancing while putting the streamers on the fence, Quincy tests the party blowers and Leo is putting icing on her chocolate cake. Annie sure loves birthdays, but the best of all, she always loves balloons! And she's singing the balloons song as a birthday song.
So for now, it's time for birthday presents! Quincy gives Annie a green balloon, June gives Annie a blue balloon and her brother Leo gives her an orange star balloon! And so, the balloons start playing their song and it feels miraculous!
But then, a windstorm came and blew all the birthday balloons to the sky! So for now, the team must begin the birthday mission to retrieve the balloons and find a perfect place to celebrate Annie's birthday! Now, they must go to the tree entrance to do the do re mi code, enter Rocket and blast off for the mission celebration!
Once finished blasting off, the team is going to sing the balloons song and they hear balloons! So they must hide in the cloud while Rocket uses the Look-and-listen scope to find out where are the balloons heading out. And when it reveals of Seattle, the balloons will be popped by the needle of the Space Needle! (But actually, the Space Needle doesn't have a pointy top like a needle, because it has the Legacy Light or Sky beam as a lightning rod to strike a lightning at the space needle during a possible thunderstorm). Then, June got an idea on blowing Annie's balloon over the pointy top of the space needle, so she press the breeze blower button as Rocket deploy his breeze blower. As Annie's balloon gets closer and closer to the pointy top of the space needle, Rocket uses his breeze blower to blow Annie's balloon over the pointy top of the space needle while Leo put out his baton to point at the view to blow with their mouth to help Rocket. uses his breeze blower harder to make the wind strong so that Annie's balloon float over the pointy top of the space needle. Rocket continues to uses his breeze blower to blow Annie's balloon over the pointy top of the space needle and soon, Annie's balloon had flown over the pointy top of the space needle and out of Seattle Washington.
Afterward, Annie's balloon floated toward the jungle and the tropical rainforest, and as Annie's balloon float past the waterfall, Rocket follow Annie's balloon along the tropical rainforest river, although, Rocket got tangled in those vine so the team head out the back of Rocket and as the team tries to get the vines off Rocket, it's too big to break those vines, but when Quincy tries to get the vine off, Quincy heard the pluck of the violin string from the vine because when it shake, it sound like the violin as Quincy put out his violin bow to bow the vine as the team help Quincy and soon, one of the vine retract overhead. But they heard the green snake who is coming from the vine, so they had to bow the second vine and soon, the second vine retract overhead. As the green snake gets closer and closer they had to bow the last vine and soon, the last vine retract and Rocket is free from the vine and head down the forest path.
Soon, they heard the white bird and ask Annie about the direction of her balloon and the white bird said no; then, suddenly, they heard the monkey and Leo ask the monkey to know what direction did Annie's balloon went but the monkey said no either. Third, they heard the green snake again who is sing Annie's birthday balloon song and Annie head to the green snake and sing about her balloon and ask the green snake about which direction in which Annie's balloon went and soon, they saw Annie's balloon which floating toward Antarctica. So they head back to Rocket and redo the pat sequence, and blast off from the green snake forest.
Soon, they saw Annie's balloon which is floated all the way to Antarctica and as Rocket tries to land on the icy ground, it's too slippery for Rocket to land so they had to reject landing and soon, they saw some penguins, which they hop out of the icy water and on the small iceberg; then, Quincy got an idea so Rocket slide and glide on the belly along the icy ground and take off to use his grab nabber to grab Annie's Green Balloon, Annie's Blue Balloon, and Annie's Pink Balloon. But they missed Annie's Orange Balloon as Quincy mentioned and they notice that Annie's Orange Balloon is floating towards the pointy tip of the iceberg and Rocket's hands are full. So Rocket landed down the snowy ground near the ice and Leo heads out and deploy his ice skate and skate along the ice. White Leo continues to ice skate, Rocket deployed his land version of look and listen scope and display screen and show that Leo ice skate legato by swinging his arm side to side; but then, they notice that there some three tiny staccato iceberg that Leo is ice skating towards as the team warns him and Leo jump over three tiny staccato iceberg soon, Leo ice skate on the ramp of the iceberg and successfully grab Annie's Orange Balloon and float down back to the ground while the other teams head out of Rocket and Leo give Annie her orange balloon. Then, Quincy got an idea on having Annie's birthday in Antarctica; the episode closes as several penguins are on their way and soon they arrived at the ice table and the balloon plays I love balloon and Leo conduct and song I love balloon and the other team sing the same song as Leo sang and they says happy birthday to Annie as fireworks shoots up into the sky! Mission Completion!

- When Leo got out of rocket to get Annie's star balloon in Antarctica, he is wearing his regular hat. However, when he is seen ice skating on the television (the look and listen scope) in Rocket, he is somehow wearing a helmet and it is unknown where Leo got the helmet from, it was possibly either Annie or himself.
- When Leo asks Annie that he's going to get her star balloon, the screen is stretched a bit, but in the next shot it's back to normal 4:3.
- When Annie cheers "Yay! Happy Birthday to me!" and "Balloons!", her left eyebrow is missing.
